RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – On Tuesday, Arkansas Tech University head women's tennis coach Shaun Wiseman was honored for his work outside of coaching as he was named the Newton County Officer of the Year. Arkansas Attorney General, Tim Griffin bestowed the honor on Wiseman at the annual Officer of the Year luncheon in Benton.
